返品・交換について

トレーディングカードの特性上、お客様のご都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

Due to the nature of trading cards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse.

不良品・誤配送の場合

商品到着後7日以内に以下の場合のみ返品・交換を承ります：

• 商品に明らかな破損・不良がある場合
• 注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the item is defective or you received the wrong item.

返品手続き

商品の写真を添えて info@huaqi.jp までご連絡ください。確認後、返品方法をご案内いたします。

返金について

返品承認後、5営業日以内に元のお支払い方法へ返金いたします。送料は返金対象外です（当社過失の場合を除く）。

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
